Talking in the other thread... do any of you have a video games of shame list? i.e. ones that you know you are missing out on, that you havent played/beaten? Just off the top of my head... Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time & Majora's Mask Final Fantasy VII (Put 40 hours into this when I was a teenager, couldnt remember where I was when I started back up, so never tried again) Mass Effect Trilogy Metal Gear Solid games. (Beat Metal Gear Solid 1 at least 10 times, but never had a PS2 when the other games came out)
haha nah. He'll need this thread when he does his inevitable "Buying my kids a video game console, what games should I buy them?" thread, when we all know it isnt for them at all
I've played virtually no Japanese games since the NES, including anything Zelda, Final Fantasy, Metal Gear, or Pokemon. Never played God of War or Uncharted or most other PS3 exclusives (Killzone & LBP are what I can think of at the moment). Um, what else... most fighting games since the 16-bit era, anything for a handheld post-Gameboy, and most MMO's. Not really ashamed to have not played those. System Shock 2 maybe is one I missed the boat on as well as Fallout 1 & 2 and the expansions. Never played Counterstrike though I've played HL & HL2 to death.
Currently doing the MGS HD remake games and really enjoying them. LOVED Uncharted 2. The Train Level to this day sticks with me. I played God of War HD remakes ($15 for all 5 games on Black Friday) it was fun for a bit but got really repetetive with hack and slash.
These threads give me ammo for years! Go ahead and post away! Sent from HCPs Baller-Ass iPhone 5...FAMS!
I've been really looking forward to that new Video editing game!!! You get to pretend to sit in a truck and press a button to add music to a video.
I want to play Bio Shock 1 and 2 and the new God of War. Need to finish Skyrim, GTA, Metal Gear and a few others I don't care enough about to mention or probably ever get back around to.
I don't really like Nintendo games anymore, haven't in at least ten years. I know that's just a wide generalization because of all of the games they make, but i just feel like i've outgrown them.
