Marcus Robinson. I'm too lazy to go get a link. Does this solidify another first round wide receiver going to Minnesota?

Most likely it means that we've targeted some WR's in FA and the draft and feel comfortable that we will improve at the position.

I think getting a QB first would be way more important...

Our QB's suck because our o-line can't protect and our WR's can't get seperation. You could put Peyton Manning or Tom Brady back there and they wouldn't do shit.

They need somebody.....problem is the Free Agent WRs don't exactly seem overly appealing. They'd be better off waiting till draft day IMO.

Best FA WR by far: Bryant Johnson from Arizona.

Ouch. I read an article in the paper about this today. And it was ugly. I wouldn't be surprised to see Childress fired this off-season..

Every new coach in the NFL should get AT LEAST two years unless under extreme circumstances. All of the best started out as the worst.

That's not why I say it. Supposedly he has no communication skills whatsoever. He doesn't really talk to any of the players, and doesn't listen to them. Guys like Darren Sharper and Antoine Winfield have also called him out about this.. but they weren't cut like Robinson was (the reason he was cut was because he called Childress out on this). Doesn't seem like any of the players like him or the way he runs things.

Marcus Robinson seemed happy about it in the Trib today, hopefully getting picked up by a playoff team. He was on his way to being an elite WR until he tore his ACL with the Bears in 2001
