Quarterback Vince Young has agreed to a one-year, $2 million contract with the Buffalo Bills, league sources told ESPN senior NFL analyst Chris Mortensen. Young can earn another $1 million in incentives, sources said. He is expected to join the team Monday. Young worked out for the Bills at the beginning of the month.
