LINK<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>Although Vladimir Radmanovic has had some good moments on offense on the trip, he remains a liability (or foul machine) on defense. And even though the Lakers? victory was fairly secure, Radmanovic came out of a timeout and let Grant Hill get to the basket while fouling him with 2:46 to play. Kobe Bryant complained to Radmanovic on the court about the play, and just as Bryant was finishing his spiel, Jackson decided to bench Radmanovic right then to drive home the point. After Jackson said something to him, Radmanovic argued back and could be seen muttering an expletive on the bench. Jackson smiled.</div>
Such a PJ moment. But it's so true Vlad Rad is a huge liability on D. I don't care if he can give us 20+ on any given night, he's totally killing us on the other side of the ball. The points are nice though and it's really dangerous for 2 PF's to have such a wide range.But... Phil Jackson > Vladimir Crapmanovic
Lol.Jackson uses mind games to get the best out of his players. He's obviously very good at this. I remember reading that after Smush Parker picked up a questionable foul, and got upset, Jackson promptly benched him. After he came into the game again he was angry, and played like he was posessed.

well he ain't vlad the impaler. the guy is so whack like most international guys. most of them are not good defensive players. he can shoot 3's I don't know what else the guy brings to the table except being ugly and having bad dance moves.

Doc talking to Radmanovic: "You aint got it like I got it." But I never liked the fact that the Lakers gave Radmanovic the MLE, I still think they should have went out and gotten someone else, like Marcus Banks (and for cheaper money). Radmanovic is the prototypical international player: tall and can shoot, but really doesn't bring anything else to the table.

Radmonovic was a good pick-up....I liked him with the Lakers. He is finding his spots and especially with Odom being injured is getting some playing time and is finding is groove. He has been doing well lately and looks like he was a good sign with the MLE although I would have liked Banks.
Yeah, especially considering he has a broken bone in his shooting hand and his touch has been way off. But he's been finding other ways of scoring. He can actually drive all right at this point. His defense is still atrocious though, but category at a time.
