Nice start, but unfortunately the Kings are too strong in the second half, as was probably expected. Wilcox with a career high of 19 rebounds to go with 16 points, and a nice game from Bobby Swift too off the bench. Artest has manhandled Sweet Lew once again - and he wants that extension?
Yeah Wilcox and Swift played great. Between these guys, Petro and add Collison and our young bigs are looking very promising. I especially like the fact they challenge shots in the paint and are very active around the glass. If it wasn't for watching these guys develop right before our eyes the team would be unwatchable. Artest totally took Rashard out of his game tonight, if only he'd brought some toughness he showed at the ESPN All-Star party, and Bibby had his way with Ridnour. On offense he looked like he reverted back to early season Luke - missed open jumpers, weak runners in the lane and jumping in the air with nowhere to go. Allen was up and down also, making some critical turnovers down the stretch. Lastly, we gotta get rid of Bob Hill. What an ass.
