<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">WHICH SOPH IS MORE SUPER? YOU TELL US All right, let's get this question out of the way right away. Which second-year player is better: Cleveland's LeBron James or Miami's Dwyane Wade? There. It needed to be asked. Why? Because right now as I type this, LeBron and Dwyane are the two best second-year players in the league. Sorry, 'Melo. They're also the two best players in the East. Sorry, Shaq. Then again, the Big Fella says he wouldn't have it any other way. --SI.com</div> NBA.com
I would choose Dwayne Wade to be on my team. But LeBron James is usually more exciting to watch. Either way, they're both very talented.
Lebron no doubt. Not taking any thing away from D. Wade, but watching the way LeBron plays the game its unreal for a 19 year old. He plays like a vet and he's about 10 years away from his prime.
Very tough decision. Personally im a D Wade fan so i take him. But i would take them both over Carmello.
i guess its a matter of personal preferences. im a fan of both players, but they arent on my top ten favourite list so i cant really decide. can i take both lol?
I'd go with Lebron because he is younger, and arguably the better player of the two.Bron can play the first 3 positions without a problem, as a matter of fact, I beleive if he had to or wanted to, he could play 4 in the east. Bron is the better scorer and brings as much energy as Wade does, healso seems like a better shooter then Wade also. Wade does have somethings over Lebron though, he has more experience and is a player who is proven that he can preform in the playoffs. Pound for pound I just have to go with Bron, both of these players are all stars, the only thing I have to say is go Carmelo Anthony!
That's really tough, but I'd choose LeBron because of his versatility on offense. He could probably play 4 positions on the court. The difference is that LeBron is as advertised, and Wade is somewhat underrated. They're both amazing.
It's a matter of which you personally beleive is better. I would choose Lebron because he is an all-around solid player in every aspect in his game. I'm not saying Wade isn't a good all-around player because he is. They are both great players but I beleive Lebron has more potential. They will both have an impact on the game though.
Definitely can't go wrong with either. But I would choose Bron cause so far his team is doing better then the Heat who has Shaq on the team. Big Z is a good player, but he isn't Shaq.
I would take Lebron just because he's more of a complete player than Wade. I also like Lebron more so I guess I'm a little biased.
Personally Im a bigger fan of d-wade then LEBron, but I have to go with LeBron here. He is going to be a really big time player, and right now he's one of the best in the NBA, and hes only 19. Imagine how he'll be at say 28? I think LeBron has the potential to become better than MJ. LeBron is younger than Wade and is slightly better. Wade has help from Shaq and Shaq is ALOT of help, while LeBron is definetley the leader of his team. Even thought D-Wade is doing better than Shaq right now, Shaq is still the leader of the Heat. Heres their stats: Dwyane Wade 25.2 PPG 5.1 RPG 7.7 APG .515 FG % 2 SPG .500 PT% LeBRon James 26.3 PPG .515 FG% 7.8 RPG 6.1 APG 2.43 SPG .357 3 PT FG% I'd give the edge slightly to LEBron if you look at it stats wise
I would go with D. Wade, Lebron is a great athlete and lived up to the hype, but Wade plays out of position and has adapted well, not to mention Wade took his team to the playoffs last year all the way to the second round and made big time shots. ::::: <div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">SKOLNICK: Wade is thriving at point guard I hope I continue to prove that," a grinning Wade said Sunday after leading the Heat to victory with 25 points and, as impressively, nine assists against two turnovers. "I think this will be a position that I will excel at as we go on. I will always hopefully play some two. But I think the point guard position is where I [create] different matchup problems, and use my size against smaller guys, or use my quickness to get around bigger guys." Source </div> Their first meeting this year favored Wade: Nov. 4 - Cavs @ Heat Lebron: 21 pts, 6 rebs, 8 assists, 1 steal, 9-22 FG, FG 40%, FT 1-1 Wade: 28 pts, 6 rebs, 5 assists, 3 steals, 3 blocks, 10-20 FG, FG 50%, FT 8-10
Wade may be on a hotter streak right now, but in the long run, I would still definitely take Lebron. Wade is playing amazing right now though, he'll easily be a MVP candidate if not if he keeps on playing like this.
You cant say either one are a better sophmore hands down, cause they are both playing beyond there age. I love James and he adds that excitement to the Cavs, but Wade looks like the more complete player IMO. Wade amazes me with his defensive skills sometimes, especially when he is blocking a 6-10 player from slamming it in. I see James leading the league in scoring for several years to come, and I see Wade at around 25 a game, but also near the top in almost every other category as well.
