The Boston Bruins pulled off a deal just before Wednesday's NHL trade deadline, acquiring veteran defenseman Wade Redden from the St. Louis Blues in exchange for a conditional seventh-round draft pick in 2013. The pick will become a sixth-rounder if Redden plays one or more games in the Stanley Cup playoffs this season.
