Wallace Preaches Continuity In Memphis

    The Grizzlies kept their core intact this offseason, while adding complementary pieces.

    Memphis general manager Chris Wallace says that continuity is important in the NBA.

    "Continuity is very important in the coaching ranks and player ranks," Wallace said. "You build around that. The thing you can't forecast is injuries. But I'm very optimistic we're going to have a better season."

    The Grizzlies went 40-42 last season without much production from their bench and Wallace guaranteed a playoff appearance in 2011.
