    The UFC attempted to book Silva and Sonnen for a fight at UFC 167 but Silva balked at the contract offer, insisting on a share of the PPV revenue. Tryouts begin on the 11th of November so the show won't actually air for several months. No word yet on what weight class the bout may be contested at.

    Sonnen has put out feelers for Anderson Silva to come in and be his lead assistant.
