Am I surprised? Wannstedt takes the better team(ranked #23) and Weis goes in and destroys him....that sounds about right....then Wanny's QB throws 2 INTS returned for TDS in a 16-10 loss to a bad team? Par for the course....its nothing I havent seen before....if it was between Wannstedt and a garbage can to coach the local High School team, I'll take the garbage can....sure its an inanimate object and cant coach shit, but so is Wannstedt and atleast the can serves some function, you can throw your garbage in there....

I thought it would take more than 2 games but it really doesn't hurt my feelings.

The announcers kept talking about how DW could bring back Pitt to National glory by recruiting w/in 5 hours of Pittsburgh. Further, Wanny wants to introduce a power running game and run 60% of the time. Sounds like a great formula for success if it were 1975.

In the 3rd quarter, the announcers kept wondering why Pitt wasn't rising up to put Ohio away. They, I kid you not, cut to the vanilla one. The irony and subliminal inferrence made me laugh.

Boy is it just me or is Tyler Palko seem like a different player out there. So many mistakes. I didn't think Pitt had a chance this year to win the Big East because of Louisville but never would of thought they'd start 0-2. He does no he's got Greg Lee on that team. Try giving him the ball!

The only difference is; Alvarez is a coach & is willing to adapt.
