Nice to see Jrich take a vocal leadership role. I just wish management would have signed it too. It is not the player's fault solely. At least Monty should have been on there....

I thought it was a classy act by JRich, but was disappointed no upper management signed it despite their okay. Without that, it doesn't appear that much will be done next year to change. Second, it was no coincidence that Mullin made his statement about keeping Monty and being "happy" with his core afterward. Of course, the Warriors COULD improve just by internal development but no one's going to believe that. Besides, the other teams have already improved.
