Warriors don't know anything. They have no clue whatsoever. We need to get rid of Nelson, Rowell, Riley and Cohan immediately.
And the only way to achieve that is if someone offers Cohan what he wants to sell. So, basically, it's never going to happen. Good to be a Warriors fan.
1. It's not good to be a Warriors fan. It sucks. 2. I think Cohan will eventually sell to Larry or the mystery shopper (Eddie D?). I'm negative about a lot of thing Warriors, but I'm positive about that one. 2010. Book it. We disagree on many things Doctor Kajita, but I enjoy a good argument now and then .
This is the first year the fans have really let loose on the franchise and the players. The fans put up with the Warriors and bought into the offseason "hope" the team was getting away with the past decade. Possibly the economic state the Bay Area is in has a lot to do with it. People have to think twice about buying that Warrior ticket and watch a terrible product on the court versus doing something else with their money & time. Unfortunately it's a Catch-22 situation for the fans because the only way to not have Cohan as owner is to stop buying the product. But as fans you can't help but want to root for the team. I know merchandise is down, attendance is down, and the revenue is down this year. The only thing possibly keeping Cohan alive is the luxury tax % share teams get. He'll be forced to sell soon because he doesn't have the money to bankroll the team. If the Sacramento Kings move to San Jose and take over the HP Pavillion stadium it's going to hurt the Cohan's pocket book even more. Ellison or whoever takes over ownership is playing this right. The longer Cohan waits the less he's going to get for this sinking franchise.
