Hope it happens. If this actually happens, I say we throw an all Bay Area party. Riots and all.

I feel as if he will buy the team by the end of next season when Nelson's contract is up. I think Cohan won't sell till Nellie's contract is over, for some reason...

"Not much to it"? Ellison just flat out verbally confirmed he's trying to buy it, whether or not a deal gets done I think that qualifies as "something to it". What an idiot.

Warriors executive ticket sales guy emailed my boss, who has courtside season tix, with the link to the Marketwatch article. His caption said, "do you believe this???"

Rowell must know that if Ellison does buy, his incompetent ass will be out in less than 30 seconds, so it wouldn't surprise me if he's working behind the scenes to scuttle a deal.

This is amazing news. Sort of explains Monta for Ray Allen a little more. Deal looks a lot better if it means swapping Cohan and Ellison as well.

Hopefully this means Mags is gonezos too.

It's addition by subtraction, for sure. Yeah, and lol, Rowell will be gone in a heartbeat! Only reason why Rowell is even involved with the NBA is because Chris Cohan is brain-dead. No Cohan, no Rowell. He'll be selling insurance for Farmer's or something...
