    The Golden State Warriors released 12 year NBA- veteran Popeye Jones, on Friday. He only played five games with the Warriors due to a cartialage tear in his left knee. I have a feeling that some young team will try and cquire him for his veteran leadership.

    I think the Nuggets will take him, he wants to go back to his home in denver anyway.

    Jones has indicated that he'd like to land in Denver, where his family resides year round.
