What do you guys think about him, I mean I would def. rather have Webber, Brown, or Evens but if none of those happen I wouldn't mind this guy for the min. He is a solid defender/rebounder and would give us some experience. I wouldn't mind him coming in and splitting time with Battie. What do you guys think.

You would actually consider this guy on your team? [IMG]

He is a good shot blocker, but that's about it.

I'd take him for the minimum. It's really a low risk move. It's not like we will be paying him the amount of money that Golden State was owing him.

Look at our current pf/C depth and then you will know why we could use him

Yeah, we were retarded enough to pay him 8 mil to sit on the bench. [IMG]

Foyle's a good space eater, and would be solid option to backup Howard and Battie. He's always defended Shaq well, and I'm sure he'd do a decent job on Eddy Curry.

I'm not sure if Foyle plans on returning to the NBA though. He's become very involved with his charity work and political aspirations. He might pursue those fulltime now.

Foyle would be pretty decent on a minimum contract for a team like Orlando. Hes probably one of the best in the league at defending Shaq and he can still block shots quite well. Rebounding is average and he doesn't give much offense (has bad hands). He wouldn't be a bad player off the bench and he'd definitely come in handy when the Magic play Shaq, Curry, Yao, etc.

I wouldn't mind him. He would bring a good shot blocking presence off the bench, and like many have said, he can guard the bigger guys down low.

I wouldnt mind him for the minumum.
But if that Garrity for Evans trade isnt just a rumor. It sounds like a really good deal to me and better than Foyle.

Unless we can get both i guess.

I think we could get both. But then again, let's try to get Webber instead of Foyle. lol Foyle would probably start over Battie.

Yeah we would start over Battie definitely. A good defender/blocker. That's why we need to either trade for Reggie Evans or get someone like a PJ Brown/Chris Webber.

Like there are actually enough positive Foyle highlights to make two mixes about him. [IMG]

You'd be surprised, theres TONS of warrior mixes on youtube, Foyle's got fairly lengthy highlights in there. They're always entertaining though because Foyle is so goofy looking at whatever he does.

Adonal Foyle is honestly better than his reputation. He's a shaky at best offensive player, but he has shown he can be a true game changer on defense, and given that you'll pay him next to nothing, you're thin at the five, and you have plenty of other guys who can score the ball (dominant big man included), Adonal could be good for you guys.

Foyle is a good rebounder and defender. I think he's what the Magic need. We don't need him to avg. 15ppg for us but get a solid 2-3bpg and 6-8rbs. He could be like our next Darko.
