<font color="navy">We have clinched a playoff birth. Combined with a loss by New Jersey (38-40), Washington (43-35) qualified for the playoffs for the first time since 1997. Congrats to you guys....granted it was at the Bulls' expense. Nonetheless though, congrats and good luck. I think you'll have a tough team to beat if everyone is healthy and on the right page.
Yeah, congratulations. It's really been a spectacular season for Washington, hard fought, team had shown spurts of real successful chemistry. Hughes was huge, Arenas re-emerged, Haywood got to work, Brown..developed. They surprised quite a few of these overblown 'experts' in the media. Quite good, especially when fully armed (healthy). It's been great for them so far (not over just yet. )
Well I belived Anyways, it's good, and the win against Cleveland tonight was also good, especially with the big three doing very well, and Haywood also having a nice game.
Gilbert Arenas is sick! He tore the Cavs apart last night- 33 pts and 9 assists. But I seriously think this team will be dangerous in the playoffs and have the ability to go to the finals!
We were slipping because we didn't have Haywood. I think Haywood is our X factor. If he shows up with 10 pts, 9 boards, 2-3 blocks per game in the playoffs, we can upset some teams.
Yes finally, it took a while. Haywood hopefully will be in full health during the playoffs, and I think we can beat the Curryless-Bulls in the first round. It's sad though that we would have to take on Miami, assuming we beat the Bulls.
<div class="quote_poster">Quoting finnspidey:</div><div class="quote_post">I would much rather play the C's over the "Baby Bulls"</div> And why is that?
<div class="quote_poster">Quoting CeltixQueen:</div><div class="quote_post">And why is that?</div> Already changed my mind and was not as confident as before, but I dont mind wanting Peirce and 'Twan getting in each others way come playoff time again. If we do face the C's I would be more concerned with the second team that they have, those guys can run. But I do have to say that 'Twan & The Truth both look much, much, much more mature this time around.
