Keys to the Game
    Washington:

[*]Shut Down the Perimter- With the threat of Michael Redd, Larry Hughes need to apply pressure on him on the perimter, we all know Redd is capable of knocking down the three, don't let him get going.
[*]Hold Leads- In most cases this year, when the Wizards have had a big lead, they have let is slip and have had to play hard in the crunch. If they get a big lead, they need to hold on to that lead and not let the Bucks shoot their way back in here.
[*]Jamison- Going against Joe Smith, he should be able to have a big game against him. Jamison needs to take efficient shots, I don't know how many times I have said that this year, will it ever happen?
Minnesota:

[*]Stop Arenas- Arenas has been on some what of a tear lately, will Mo Williams be able to stop him? Doubt it, but he needs to do whatever he can to slow him down.
[*]Dmase- Dmase is going against JJ, a very lenghty, but weak defender. Dmase should be able to get around him quickly and if he does, he needs to attack the basket, he is a very explosive player..put it to use here.
[*]Hit the 3- One of the Wizard's weakness's, defending the three. With a player like Redd, I believe the Bucks need to send him off of screens and try to free him up along the perimter.
Prediction
Washington is coming off huges wins against: Seattle, Minnesota (won in crunch time), and the Blazers (also won in crunch time). They should be able to easily handle the Bucks, I take Washington 106-95.

I hate to say this, but I think this will be a let down game. We'll be focusing too much on what we just did, rather than on what we're about to face. The Bucks are bad, but they still have upset potential. And we're in their place. I say a close game, but a 3 pt loss.

Wizards win on a Larry Hughes game winner...105-103, we are now 21-13.

Quote:

MILWAUKEE (Ticker) -- Larry Hughes provided another frenetic finish for the Washington Wizards.

Hughes made a driving layup over Desmond Mason with six-tenths of a second to play, giving the Wizards their sixth straight win, a 105-103 victory over the Milwaukee Bucks.

Hughes scored 23 points, Antawn Jamison added 22 and Gilbert Arenas 20 for the Wizards (21-13), who are eight games over .500 for the first time since the 1978-79 season - the last time they reached the NBA Finals.

Finally, I can say this is an elite team. Winning their 6th straight, Larry making the game winner. Just hope, we can beat the Suns, then we would really be on something here.

Well of course we won guys look at their starting lineup we only played 3 guys. LOL. This was a great game for us, a sure momentum booster. We are now on one of the best wiz rolls in recent memory, and have reached our 20th win. I think we can win 46 by the end of the season.

Haha, it was a close game though, Redd could've won it in the end, but he missed, I didn't think it would be this close against a mostly depleted Bucks team, but their guys are coming back. Van Horn is back, Kukoc was supposed to be back, and maybe they can start winning some.

Anyways great game, Antawn Jamison actually had a good game, and was POG for this one, bene a long time.

I agree. Jamison did very well in this game and its about time. I do doubt that the Wiz will defeat the Suns tonight but after the Suns last loss by i think 15 or 20 to the Pacers we may have a shot..who know :hopes:
