Probable Starting Line-ups
[IMG] [IMG] Steve Blake/Jason Kidd
[IMG] [IMG] Larry Hughes/Kerry Kittles
[IMG] [IMG] Jarvis Hayes/Richard Jefferson
[IMG] [IMG] Jared Jeffries/Kenyon Martin
[IMG] [IMG] Etan Thomas/Jason Collins
==================================
Notes:
WAS- Gilbert Arenas tried coming back early from the abdominal strain and all it did was make matters worse. But this is a very young team that will be very serious next year.

NJ- Gradually, the Nets have caught up with the pack in the East, and they seem primed to make a move. The big question ... is Jason Kidd's body starting to break down?

Key Bench PLayer:

<ul>
[*]Kwame Brown seems to play some of his best ball against the Nets and I look for him to do it tonight
<ul>
[*]Harris is averaging 6pts in 18mpg
=================================
Injuries:
WAS- PG Gilbert Arenas Abdominal IL
C Brendan Haywood Sinuses Questionable
SG Mitchell Butler Knee IL
SG Jerry Stackhouse Knee Out

NJ- PF Aaron Williams Groin Out
SG Brandon Armstrong Ankle IL
PG Zoran Planinic Neck IL
=========================
Key PLayers:

[IMG]
<ul>
[*]Jarivs Hayes has been playing really well his last 2 games and could be the difference in this game tonight
[IMG]
<ul>
[*]This is a Wiz fan's worts nightmare...Jared Jeffries trying to defend someone bigger than him, he could win the game for the Nets tonight because he will overpower Jared Jeffries.
==========================
Keys to the game:
WAS- Washington needs to try and play this game at their pace, get the ball to Larry Hughes because he has been having a career year and he might get the calls from the refs tonight, we need to DT Kenyon Martin because Jeffries is a horrible defender against bigger people in the post, we need strong bench play.

NJ- NJ needs to take this game over in the begining, they cant under-estimate Washington. J Kidd should have a nice game with a Rookie guarding him, Kenyon Martin is the key to the Nets success in this game.
=========================
Prediction:

Wizards hang in their until the 4th quarter...lose 99-88

I agree. Wizards can be hot then blow it in the 4th. Jersey wins this one in a landslide.

Kidd on Blake and Martin on Jeffries? There's where the game will be won for NJ, I say the Nets by 15. Wizards need Arenas badly, he controls the whole team.

Nets by 12, though both teams have not been playing well, who knows, NJ may actually sleep on them.

Either way, I would not be shocked.

Nets won by 10 97-87...teh Wizards SUCKED TONIGHT They had so many turnovers...Kwame got a total of 12 minutes and only had one foul, he is going to be gone by the trade deadline i think...actually i hope...total of 24 turnovers...that is way to much...Jarvis Hayes was out only bright spot tonite, 22pts on 6-11(2fg) 3-4(3fg)...we nead Arenas and Stack back.

It's sad to see the Wizards play this year. You won't know how good they really could have been until later in the season when it's to late for something to happen, or next year, due to injuries.

You were certainly right about Kmart being a Wizards worst nightmare, he played really well tonight.

Your right the Wizards did play terrible, you can't win a game with 24 turnovers.

BTW, good preview VAs.
