WATCH: Black Man Completely Out Of F*cks To Give, Plays ‘F*ck The Police’ When Pulled Over

Chutzpah. Big Brass Ones. Nerves of Steel. Audacious. Completely out of fucks to give. None of these quite captures the reality of a black man in Texas standing up for his constitutional rights in the ballsiest way imaginable.

The set up is simple: Phillip Turner spotted a group of cops surrounding a shirtless man sitting on the sidewalk after midnight. Turner happens to be one of those pesky people that likes to hold the police accountable for their actions, so he got out of his car and started recording the incident, which is 100% legal.

The cops, of course, were not happy about this. Perhaps because it’s harder to justify an upcoming group stomp of a mentally ill man when someone is standing there recording everything? Regardless, one of the cops confronted Turner and tried several times to get him leave. After a while, the police had the mentally ill man put into an ambulance and Turner drove off and that should have been the end of it.

Buuuuuuut this is the police we’re talking about and abuse of power has become absolutely routine:

He was pulled over within two minutes, accused of driving with his high beams on. He pulled into the parking lot of a 7-11 and pulled out his Fair DUI flyer, created by South Florida attorney Warren Redlich and popularized by PINAC’s Jeff Gray.

As police did to Redlich in August when they arrested him for trying to drive through a DUI checkpoint in Miami by refusing to roll down his window, only placing his drivers license, registration, proof of insurance and Fair DUI flyer against the window, the Arlington cop began knocking on his window, insisting he needed to hold his license.

Turner remained silent throughout the entire detainment, answering questions by pointing at the items he had pressed against the windshield.

He then put in a CD and started playing “Fuck the Police” at full volume on his car stereo, the 1990s hip hop hit by N.W.A.

That was literally the most boring video I've ever seen where a guy risks his life so clearly.

There were so many times where it seemed like his hands may not be visible. I always put my hands on the door and the steering wheel and don't move a muscle.

We used to street race at Vancouver Lake and the cops couldn't get in but they would wait for us to leave and give a loud exhaust ticket or some other shit. I never got pulled over there but I've had my share.

 

Yeah, they can find any reason to pull you over. Was the ticket for high beams?

 

When I'm pulled over I keep my hands on the wheel and narrate my every move. This is why im 39, black, and still alive in a city that 6% black and has a police force that has notoriety for choking and shooting black people.

 

The ticket was for DWB.

 

What happened? Did you get in trouble? You're obviously still alive! That's bold as fuck! I would never do anything like that.

 

On foot? I ran from the cops in my LS1 Z28 years ago and the wife and I bailed out in a neighborhood and hid from them at night in a school yard.

Those fuckers came out of nowhere. My car was faster but we wouldn't have got away with it if she didn't scream at me to pull over causing me to pull off in a residential area.

 

No, I know why they fucked with him. However, it isn't DWB when he fucks with them first. You record them after they tell you not to even though it is 100 percent legal and they will find something.

I was actually kinda impressed he got away with it. The camera was clearly a factor but still.

I just wanted to know if they wrote it for anything else like mismatched address or something.

I actually approve of this video with everything except when he plays his music. That to me just shows a continual 'us vs them' mentality which helps no one.

Maybe it will help those assholes to think about why they need to harass people for no reason?

 

Think about a cops job though. They deal with shitheads all day and get people Shitting all over them all the time. You'd probably end up being a dick too if you dealt with that everyday.

These dudes are supposed to put their lives on the line for shitheads and people that disrespect them? Then they surely are underpaid

 

If they targeted this guy as described I don't give one fuck if they feel disrespected. They would deserve all the disrespect in the world.

Not to mention cops being assholes is the old which came first, chicken or egg question.

But that's the thing, everyone nowadays thinks they are being targeted. Blacks, white conservatives, Muslims, hispanics. You name it, they think the man is out to get them

 

Why specifically?

Because it's easier?
Poor minorities can't hire good lawyers?
Why?
