    What I heard in that video was not illegal. It as saying that if someone doesn't express an interest in Hillary then don't put effort into trying to register them. But she never said not to register someone who asks to register and not to refuse or lose the registrations of those that sign up and aren't supporters.

    I'm not a Hillary fan, but this smacks of someone trying to turn nothing into a gotcha moment. It's the worst part of these hit squad journalism manipulators.
