    Saying that "without Hall there would be no T-Mac" is going a bit over the top. Nevertheless, apparently he's played a big role. Good for him.

    Damn T-Mac actually has a pretty good bench press. I believe that was 225, and he did 5 reps. Not bad at all.

    it's nice to see that t-mac really wants to do great in the league. kind of inspirational you know.. no one said he could do it but he did it anyway. haha

    In a recent interview TMac said he's improving his work ethic working out.
