I wouldn't mind Outlaw back as a backup power forward. With Webster's emergence and Return of the Nic, I think small forward is taken care of.

Honestly, right now I'm thinking that the core is Roy, Aldridge (with that contract, he's not going anywhere), Oden and Batum. I like Bayless a lot and am varyingly enthused by Fernandez and Webster...but those latter three (and Outlaw), I wouldn't be broken up if Pritchard could convert them into one player better than any of them.
