GO YANKEES!!!

So that would be the Dr. Jeckel side right?

Damn Joe, hate your clean up choice tonight. I think Steinbrenner should let him go to "clean up" the team.

Loved seeing Miller close out last nights game. Seemed like it was a game played out West here, as late as it was....

I'd much rather see Mr. 105mph Closer used as a chip to obtain a legit Starter, and/or more: - let Miller be the Fireman, Betances set up...

We've got one too many Dr. Hyde and Mr. Jekyl's, I thought Crooked Head was Dr. Jekyl, no.... that's Nova, Pinhead is Mr. Hyde, so who's on first? Eovaldi?... Nate is on a roll..... but hold your breath...

That little snot nose Petit, remember him, he was a Yankee, has hit the Yankees hard this series, nice work EVO giving up that bomb!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well I guess we know what Eovaldi showed up tonight.

Damn seeing all those empty seats as a fan you should be able to sit anywhere if you're in the park.

...looks like both pitchers are throwing batting practice tonight.

Weaver sucks and Eovaldi isn't much better. Second straight bad start for Eovaldi who is making a good case for being an inconsistent mediocre at best SP.

And Al Leiter is becoming intolerable droning on and on about the mechanics of Weaver.
HE SUCKS.....enough already...goddam Leiter taking up too much air time over a lousy opposing SP....Yanks are battling for their divisional lives, who the fuck cares about Weaver's mechanics.

I can remember not so long ago - Scooter and Bill White would've just said "he has nothing".
Maybe it WAS a long time ago.:emotions:

...Yanx with their hitting shoes on again...even the older guys seem fired up for a change.

nice liner by McCann to the opposite field, take that shift-heads....

I love Al Leiter's breakdown analysis, especially of a pitcher who has nothing, yet has fooled Halo Brass for years....:biglaugh::devilwink:

Give me more Leiter, in lieu of other anal-yst...

Holy Shit what the hell is going on here..... Home Run Derby???

Wow, Beltran is on fire these last couple of weeks, nice Downtowner....

Gardner, fk, I think he needs to be re-taught how to fkng run to 1st....or anywhere else...

So far, this is my favorite game to date. Very enjoyable. Amazing what a little injection of youth will do to a team.

Good to see the new names & faces, now lets see this team start slapping around the Eastern Division Teams like they have the Angels and it may be possible to start believing in the franchise again.

It has been a fun three games. Would like to see them complete the sweep and get back to .500 again.

Yup, good to have hungry young players
But it also helps when Ellsbury is healthy and on his game, Gardner no longer batting .220, subtracting a .180 hitter (Tex) striking out every 3.4 ABs with a .263 SLG% and Beltran healthy producing like he did in his last full season.

Yanks skating on thin ice, could be one bad losing streak from reaching the point of no return, they absolutely have to fatten up on the weaker teams and BETTER figure out a way to start taking series from Bos, Balt and Toronto. Yanks 6-15 this year vs those teams, gulp, I guess that kinda tells the story.
I'm almost ready to write off Toronto who have owned the Yanks since last August 16-6, this year 7-2.

^^^ exactly, Weaver's lifetime ERA in YS is in the high 8.XX, closer to 9.00 than 8-. Never was what he was made out to be, over rated from day one. 15 different pitch speeds, most in Little Lg mph. Anaheim, has fallen far. Once a contender, now a pretender.

These wins are nice, ... but ... the litmus test is- for our Yanx to beat their own Div. opps. To lose to the AL West right now is a disgrace for bad teams. I love seeing this local (once proud) team lose, with its fair weathered fans, at least Rex Hudler is no longer around on broadcast, worst in the business ever- ... but then Staats, and several others suck too ... Elvis has left the bldg...

oh btw-

4-19-1960 and 6-6-2016, what do they have in Yankee lore common..?

the last two times: 'in their first game, as a Yankee Player', hits 2 home runs.

Parm, pulled a Maris. What a far reaching dream to think of having a 60 HR lefty, and a switch hitting Comet Mick on pace to best both Babe and Roger... what a dream those days were.

They both have a lot of 6s & upside down 6s...............................what do I win????

...I had a pretty good idea so I googled it to make sure...but I won't spoil it for Matts.

yep, alot of upside down 6s and some right side up 6's..... You have won a vacation for 1 to spend a week with Caitlyn Jenner, (not sure which one of the 2 will show up), to beautiful Catalina Island, and your own seaside Condo, no not condom, but there are plenty in the bathroom drawers....

we weren't sure whether to have our Sweepstakes date with Jessica Alba, J-Lo, or George Clooney; and we didn't know if a guy or gal would win, so we got both.....well both sexes, for your pleasure, life rafts not included....

:blink::dunno::nerd:

hmmm, I just woke up, got one cup of Java down, hmmmm ....

what is Jap-an US relations, or the Pen-is mightier than the sword...? for 500$ Alex....?

man o' man, if only Parmelee could pull a year long Roger Maris. Here we go: both were the last two Yanks to hit 2 HR's in their 1st game as a Yankee? 4-19-60 in 1960, and yesterday, must be the day of the beast, hope it continues all year.....?:biglaugh:
