Chamakh's goals at 1m and 90m were the furthest apart for one player in EPL history.

I'm not very impressed with him recently. Why?

His miss yesterday was awful... I guess he is one of those players that succeeds out of talent rather than work rate, like Arshavin.

That was a sitter. He seems to rush a lot of his decisions.

Can't really complain about his performance this season though, amirite? Dude has been top-3 for us with Nasri and Song.

Nasri has been exceptional. Fabregas needs to step it up but he has been injured the whole start of the season so I'll give him some benefit of the doubt. Perhaps this goal against Everton will kick-start his season.

Song has been incredible for us recently, he was really bossing the midfield yesterday and adds some muscle to the team.

The only people that have disappointed me are Clichy and Arshavin. Thoughts?

Oh, and I guess I can't complain too much about Chamakh. He is our top scorer, I believe.

Clichy is an excellent defender. He is super quick and is a wall to get past one-on-one. Problem is he strays out of position constantly. More than a few times this season our opponents have broken down the right wing and Clichy is absent to help defend, putting one of our slower central defenders in a bind. We haven't had Vermaelen and Koscielny together securing the back line very often and Clichy has cost us goals with his wandering. If Gibbs could stay healthy I think he would really be pushing Clichy for that starting job right now.
