We stunk it up! How many games will I have to endure watching the defense overpursue the run and letting Plummer kill us with playaction bootlegs. I have complained about that the last few times we have played Denver, and the coaching staff still hasn't been able to get it fixed. I think the running game will get it together when Roaf returns. After the Philadelphia game, Welborne will be back from his league imposed exile. The O-line will come back together for us with those guys back. I am still looking forward to Warfield relegating McCleon back to nickle back after the philly game too. I was dreading the first four games this year with those 2 guys out. I had hoped to not dig too deep a hole before week 5. Looks like we will be at least .500 so I am pleased overall. I think we have a shot with the Eagles next week if we blitz McNabb back to the stoneage like we did Pennington in week 1. McNabb doesn't perform at his best under pressure. Westbrook is the one who scares me most for that game. Congrats to the Bronco fans (Ugggh! That felt horrible). I still can't believe you were throwing the ball trying to score agin with the score at 30-3. And what was up with throwing the flag on that late TD! Was that really necessary?

I think Bailey was the one who said we were "soft". Funny, I thought he was the one who left the game with an injury. Sorry, I always hate to see "any" player get hurt. I am just venting a little. I hope Champ is back for the game at Arrowhead. I want the A team on the field when we get our revenge.

I still think KC will win the West but Denver proved not to be as bad as I thought they were. Vermeil said the wrong thing. Saying we didn't call them soft after last years game or something like that. Thats when a coach should use that to motavate his players for the up and coming game. Especially since Philly.
