For years Kobe has been labeled selfish, uncoachable, and selfish! Kobe has had to live with and deal with those labels in the media. I think its time O'Neal had to deal with a few labels of his own: LAZY, DISLOYAL, EGO-DRIVEN.

The patterns are there... Shaq goes to a team motivated and rejuvenated and promising a title. To his credit he often delivers when it counts. But eventually Shaq goes back to his usual ways of coming into training camp out of shape. Not playing through numerous tick tack injuries. Or just plain not playing hard enough. He is eventually called out by someone (be it his coach or a teammate) and Shaq moves on in a sulk to some other team with new motivation.
