I don't really believe what Wenger is saying.

Sure, Man City are definatly in line for a 60 minute makeover when January comes with no doubt a host of players coming and going. But the thing is.. who is City going to buy thats going to be better than the Gerrards and the Ronaldo's and Adebayors? The answer is really nobody.

Reputation is a big thing for players. If you played week in week out for a team such as Inter Milan - playing in a packed San Siro challenging for the Serie A title, would you swap the high life of Milan to fly all the way over to a club who play in a stadium with about half the capacity of the San Siro and are challenging for a UEFA Cup spot at best?

The owners of City ( Is that even a done deal yet? ) Can talk about buying Ronaldo for £135million and Fabregas and other top class names, but it really doesn't necessarily mean that those players would leave their Champions League clubs for Man City. Until City get their heads out of dream land and start to act like a Champions League contender club - no big name player will want to sign for them.

As for Robinho - he was always going. Madrid held off for a price which Chelsea wouldn't match. I'm sure if it was Wigan who coughed up the dough then Robinho would of went. He was wanting out of Madrid for awhile now!

As for the team that will break the big four - Aston Villa. I dont need to say anymore.
