I think he will do a solid job for what he is, and it moves other people down who are probably in the wrong spot. Hopefully he can be solid on FO. Still think they need another 4th liner as i wouldn't use either Rempe or Edstrom in the playoffs.
He gave up draft picks which you always covet though. I don’t mind giving up picks, but Florida got Tarasenko for a better deal and he’s much more of an impact player.
Don’t think they are in a position to give up and decent forward prospects. Goodrow is slipping. Top 4 vets are over 30. We have nothing great on the 4th line. They will need Othmann, Perreault, Laba, Sykora and Berard to come through soon.
I like Tara but he isn’t a huge difference maker. Wennberg fills a third line center need. Brodzinski sucks. He is a fourth line player
