    Don't forget Jim Johnson, RIP.

As much as I hate the Eagles, Westbrook was a good guy to watch through the years as Eagles consistently made it through the playoffs.

He's returning for the playoffs, it'll be his last hurrah.

I think the concussion he received has made him think of his future. He doesn't want to be in a wheelchair, and I respect his decision 100%. This is what happens though, when you rely on someone like Westbrook, especially his stature, to do practically everything on offense for like 5 years straight. I blame Reid.

That being said, I respect everything he's given us, and hopefully he makes it to the HOF one day.

Just imagine a healthy Westbrook to go along with the offense we already have. How deadly could that have been? Unfortunately "healthy" and "Westbrook" no longer go hand in hand. I wish him the best in the future.

In the meantime, the Weaver and McCoy duo should not be taken lightly.

That's too bad. He was awesome to watch.

Its amazing how fast RB's go downhill.

None of the Philly outlets have reported this yet. So I'm kind of surprised.

This was reported by John Clayton, hopefully he was wrong (still holding out hope).

A trio of Westbrook/Weaver/McCoy would be absolutely deadly, especially if we limit Westy's touches and keep him fresh. Hopefully his body can still handle another year or so.

Haven't heard any big reports about this. You'd think the Philly media would pounce on this, but they haven't. I wouldn't be surprised if this ends up being false because ESPN sucks. I'm still holding onto hope that Westbrook returns. I think he has a little more left in the tank, especially if Reid limits his usage with Weaver/McCoy. I'd use him in a Reggie Bush role, he'd be very dangerous.
