Didn't really know much about this kid before the season so there's really nothing to compare this to. He's off to an amazing start.
Of course - unlike Cano - we shouldnt have any ponderings or wonderings about some type extraneous "help".
Think Reggie Jackson in 1969, he hit 37 HRs by the ASG & only hit 10 for the rest of the season. Funny game this thing they call baseball.
I get the feeling that this will be.................wait for it..............................wait for it......................................A never ending story.
Or we could have Rob take us off on a tangent, lol! In other news, Cervelli in batting .370 and off to another hot start in Pittsburgh.
...the kid is having a helluva an April and I'm happy for him and it's fun to watch...but he never hit more than 20 HRs in a season before...pretty sure the pitchers will figure him out before long and once there's a book on him, he'll cool off quite a bit.
any specific direction you'd like to go? How about off on a tangent, like the lack of High Sierra snowpack creating this mess......? No...? Oh well, I tried.... Lake Sabrina in all its splendor, prior to 04.....pic at the boat launching docks, next Pic is a view from the LH side of this pic, showing the Damn & Lake. (One of several of my favorite Trout lakes)..... Last two photos, taken in Sept. 014, can you say D-R-O-U-G-H-T ____________________________________________ 2004-2014 Droughts Winter of 015, perhaps we will have the beginning of the end, ie water.... enough of a tangent, or would you rather hear of some other subject matter, how about a manifesto....?
