he wont get much money..but he will sign..

just sign a one-year contract like CARL LANDRY in houston...his new contract might earn more than kevin durant's second year rookie contract...why? seize the first opportunity that comes along...

i think he should get a 2 year contract, he was a steal at 40 and could demand more $$ if he has a break out year on a 1 year contract.

Give him a 1st rounder's contract. He deserves it.

Why in the F would they do that? That's just a terrible idea.

He'll prolly get a minimum contract for his first year, ~$440,000, and then the 2nd year salary should be ~$850,000.

I want to see him play in the NBA before I state how much he should be paid. For now we are good. Let's see what the kid's got.

The Nets routinely give second round picks guaranteed money in the first year and a team option for the second...Hassan's came in handy.

    CDR may want:

--more money (which he aint getting)

--a player option (which I doubt he is getting)

--a guaranteed second year (cant see that happening)

Second rounders have a lot of lattitude. But I doubt the Nets will relent. The only possibility might be a small guarantee in the second year.
