Favorite Christmas Carol: Little Drummer Boy

.... Unless it is sung by Roger Whitaker. I am fairly certain my parents used the non-stop holiday playing of Roger Whitaker in our house as a form of torture. I have a special chamber in my heart saved for hatred of that man.

What is that he's playing that isn't a drum? Is that a marimba? I love the two sounds together, very original, very exotic...Reminds me of Crash Bandicoot music!

Dont know. Haven't seen it all the way through. Maybe Temple Blocks? He got into all that shit when Rush went through their Elf Quest/Japanese Robes phase (from smoking too much tai stick.) This led to Neil adding African rhythms, world beats and electronic drug pads.... Cocaine? Rush eventually reverted back to baggy jeans and straight ahead rock (minus the drugs. ) But the evolution of his sound was thrilling!

It's the most fattening time of the year featuring Richard Simmons

Probably my favorite rendition of this song, which is also one of my favorites.
