There are things where the administration has failed, and/or failed to do as well as promised. However, every administration fails to do everything they promise, so it is pretty meaningless to point out two items that haven't been accomplished. Measuring an administration by their campaign promises is a poor way to judge the effectiveness of a government. barfo
It's a good indication of whether they are honest and trustworthy or not. Not so much the outcome, more the degree of effort they applied to honor their pledge.
