I remember watching the world cup and thinking to myself how skillful Carlos Tevez was, and how influential he would be to any premiership team. Since he has been at West Ham some would argue he has been useless. I think he has been an influence to the side. If you watch any match he has played in, you will see he is always working hard, and spreading the ball well. i feel though, that he needs better players around him, to fulfill his full potential. I would like to see another premiership side give him a chance, instead of going abroad. maybe man city would benefit from Tevez's skill and class. Because he is class, he proved this at the world cup.
