I've been to Skydome back in 98 and just recently went to Dodger Stadium to watch Manny hit his first homerun as a Dodger. How about you guys?
Tigger Stadium twice, and they lost CoPa, and last time down there I saw Miggy hit a walk off HR Ive also been to Dow Dimond, home of the Great Lake Loons
Olympic Stadium in Montreal in the 80's to see Gary Carter, Andre 'The Hawk' Dawson, Andres 'the cat' galaraga and crew play for the Expos. Made it to open night for the 25 aniversary of the Toronto Blue Jays too. It was 'Cheap hotdog night' as well.
I used to go to a lot of games. One of the most memorable was the final night game at the old Comiskey Park, back in 1989 or 1990. It was a great park.
Even before I saw Dumpy's response, I was going to ask how many stadiums have you been to that no longer exist? Three Rivers Riverfront Cleveland Municipal Stadium
Not too many. It's actually hard to remember which stadiums no longer exist, and what they were called. I went to a Reds game at Riverfront either on the way to or the way from Comiskey and saw the Reds clinch the division title during a rain delay, while Shotzie ran across the field. Three Rivers, of course. I did go to one game at Cleveland Municipal Stadium and a game or two at that crap hole where the Blue Jays used to play--I sat in the outfield seats that didn't face the field. Does RFK count? That's probably it.
Wrigley Field Old Comiskey Park Pac Bell Stadium Jack Murphy Stadium Oakland Colleseum Candlestink Park RFK Stadium
Just Fenway for me (unless you count the AAA and AA team affiliates, I've been to those). I'm hoping since the Sox are slated to play the NL East next year that they get a series in Washington. I'd like to watch a game there and tickets shouldn't be too hard to come by.
