    I know I do not have very good defense, but I am trying to get some better.

    I was thinking phi but I dont know how they should do against atlanta. I just need defense help because I think I have a ok line up other than that.

    QB=D. McNabb
    WR=R. Wayne
    WR=J. Porter
    WR=J. Rice
    RB=D. Davis
    RB=R. Droughns
    RB=T. Jones
    TE=J. Wiggins
    TE=E. Kinney
    K=P. Dawson

    Shiataz, welcome to the forums and please ignore the name calling and other ignorant remarks. That type of behavior isn't tolerated here and I'm sure the administrator will address it.

    Besides, Shiataz didn't double topic. Shiataz asked which defense he should start, Eagles, Packers or Rams. Then, he mentioned that he thought he had a decent team otherwise and gave us those players names. He didn't really ask for our opinion on who he should start on offense.

    Without looking at the stats, I would think that the Eagles defense would be the better of the three.

    EDIT - Now, I see what was meant by double-topic. Still, that's no reason to greet a new poster with name calling. As a regular poster in this forum, I'm embarrassed by this thread.

    First off, I do not go to forums much and I did not see how to delete my other post in the NFL FFL(which I figured out was the wrong topic so my post went here.)

    Secondly, I can see my double post must have really hurt dapackersgb's feelings so I deleted the other post, now that I figured out how. You should take some clondine to control that anger problem bud.

    Lastly, is my offense really that bad? I know I need to get rice out of there but otherwise is it all that bad? Help on that is accepted too even if I didnt post so, but I do not need rude comments towards me about my awesome football knowledge that helped me make my team(which obviously isnt there). So just lend me some constructive help not insults.

    Edit: Heres the rest of my team, so I figured I had an ok offense regarding.

    Pos BN=Benched
    QB D. McNabb
    WR R. Wayne
    WR J. Porter

    You could really use and upgrade at RB since Droughns and Jones will either share the load or not play much at all and as you said...rice could be upgraded in a big way..depending on how many teams there are you should be able to pick someone up....

    Shiataz,

    I apologize for DPG's attitude towards you...I don't know what got into him. Anyhow, name calling like he was doing is completely unacceptable on this site, and he has been dealt with. Stick around a little while, I think you'll find that the rest of the people here are much more accepting...

    Driver and Johnson are great pickups at WR. I would look for a better alternative to Porter. He may have a great year, but with Moss playing opposite of him, and Collins probably itching to see just how good his new WR is, I have my doubts that Porter will put up much more than 800 yards and 6 or 7 TDs, especially in the AFC where teams are not as used to covering Moss as they are in the NFC.

    As far as the defense is concerned, go with Philly. Green Bay has not improved at all on defense, and they were not good last year either. St. Louis is too much of a question mark in my opinion with Mike Martz acting as head coach.

    BTW...I love your signature. Anyway you would be willing to do one for the Vikings?

    Yea ignore that one dude DPG, he is what we call the black sheep of this site lol, I wouldn't start Porter for the reason Vikigfan said. I dont see him getting more than 800 yards, he might be a good endzone threat but time will only tell.

    For the defences u should switch it up every week. The Eagles is the best out of them but if theyre playing a good team the just switch it.

    The eagles is the only good defense you have. The packers and the rams are gonna rate in the bottom end of defense next year

    Heap is gonna have a big year, if hes healthy. Broncos have a lot of backs and no one really knows which one will emerge as the starter. Keep Heap.

    i thin u should find a way to get Heap into the mix hes always a great option at TE and one of the best. Yes C Brown and J Jones were much better than the Rbs u had earlier. As for defenses i usually try and get two solid Defenses so i can switch week to week according to which team they are playing. But in your case i would stick with Philly the entire season, GB and St Louis are not the type of defenses u want starting.

    i would just like to say that DPG is completely out of line for saying anything and is just trying to take attention away from himself which isnt working considering he is banned again and for good reason. DPG i piss u off in the Barber Shop this stupid nonsense that u post pisses me off.

    Good Lord, no! ANYONE could emerge in Denver's backfield this year. Everything THINKS it will be Bell, but who knows who it might be?

    Avoid Denver's backfield like the plague... Don't trade an established player for a roll of the dice. At least I wouldn't.

    <div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>The packers and the rams are gonna rate in the bottom end of defense next year</div>

    I'm continuing to quote people who say how awful Green Bay's defense is going to be this year. I think they're going to surprise a lot of people.

    I think there are ten people on this board now who have gone off about how bad they're going to be. We'll just have to wait and see. I expect a marked improvement this year.
