I havnt chosen to make a post on here for a while partly because i am getting excited about the vikings and all the moves they have made this summer( GO VIKES).And I really felt the TW were really with out a chance to make the playoffs and low and behold..they go out and win 4 games in a row. But we havnt gained any ground in the race for the 8th spot. With the way the Nuggets have been playing i question if we can catch and pass them. Mayve our best hope is that the grizzle will fall out of the play offs we get the 8th spot and the nuggets get the 7ths. Otherwise i dont think we can beat the nuggets with the way Karl has them playing. BTW i was shocked today when i noticed that people on here post from all over world.
Hey! cheer up! denver lost today to the suns! they are now 38-31...the've got san antonio coming up and memphis...all i can say to summit like lots have said,we need to keep wining..if we do, we did what we could and i beilve with no doubt that if we won't lose from now on, that 8th is ours but theres very slight chances we won't lose anymore this season...memphis- i don't think they will lose 5 games out of the 11 they have left... BTW i'm from israel..
Good to see you here again, Paulijacks. I hope you had a good Easter and I hope you are doing well. Vikings actually spent money this year and they got veterans to help the young guys. Unfortunately, I read that Vikings prospective owner Reggie Fowler may not have the money to buy the team as CNNSI's Peter King mentioned in his column today at CNNSI.com. If that's the case, I won't be happy because I can't stand one minute of Red McCombs owning my football team. As great as Memphis is playing, they may not make the playoffs especially with a tough finish where they have to play teams in their own division. With that said, I expect Memphis to hang out and get that playoff spot. Mike Fratello will find a way to get some wins. It will come down to the Wolves and Nuggets. I don't know if the Timberwolves will make the playoffs. If you ask me, I would say no as I told several Nets fans at the game Saturday when they asked whether I think the Timberwolves will make the playoffs. All the Wolves gotta do is run the table and whatever happens, happens. This West Coast trip to me will make or break this season. They can't do no worse than 2-1. This game against the Lakers Thursday night becomes huge.

I think those predictions are more or less realistical and his first prediction which I didn't include are already met (Memphis and Denver losing their last game). Edit, I just saw that he didn't expect that Memphis lose against Chicago, so that gives them one game more to win in those games mentioned above.

I guess I was shocked that everyone on this board wasnt from the midwest.(of america)..I am chump what else can I say. Hey connor where in the UK do you live? i used to live in london. I also was fortunate enough to live in spain for a while too. I am going to pray we run the table and make the play offs...or maybe the nuggets will stop winning.
I still am optimistic about them making the playoffs but it's going to be tough. All 3 teams have a tough schedule. I doubt that Denver will stop playing as well as they have since Karl became coach. They only lost to the Suns who are still a elite team. IMO, it's between Memphis. They have a big lead on us and we won't face them. The Wolves can't control their destiny. We can only pray that the Wolves keep on winning, I believe they will, and hope that Memphis lose many games which is possible. The wolves just have too much talent, and KG, to just miss the playoffs.
I've updated it, green means the prediction was right, red wrong. Hopefully it continues like that. @Paulijacks And I'm living in Cambridge, before in Brighton and have only been once in London and Spain, yet.
