the hawks have a bottom 4 record and somehow get the 1st overall pick, which the suns have the rights to, they take oden. What will the nba do against a team with a lineup ofpg- nashsg- bellsf- marionpf- stoudemirec- odendiaw and barbosa off the benchI think the rest of the teams would just have to call it quits. What do you guys think?

I'm pretty sure the draft pick is top 3-4..at least 2 protected?

Ya, I think teams should just give up playing the Suns. But it'll be hard for them to score the ball. Marion, Stoudamire, Oden all able to score 20+ points. But then Stoudamire and Oden will already dominate everybody.

I dont think Oden would be able to play Suns style...Suns more likely to take Kevin Durant.

The pick is top 3 protected this year so if it ends up #1 Atlanta will keep it and Suns get their 1st rounder next year unconditionally. If the Suns fail to win the championship this year with a healthy roster and Atlanta's pick lands around 4 or 5 I could see them trying to move up to #2 for Durant with some combination involving Marion and the Atlanta pick.

The Suns know they won't win a title without a defensive presense...Oden can run the floor as well as Stoudemire can.

Kevein Durant does seem more like a Phoenix Suns player. Hes fast, athletic, versital, and athletic. Oden is also, but hes more of a slow and steady type of player when he has to score.

Hey, Kurt Thomas isn't exactly your run and gun type player either but he fits in fine.Oden would be awesome on the Suns but I still do agree that Durant would be a better fit on the Suns.

Top 3 protected, I don't think theres much of a chance of you guys getting Oden. Plus we don't even know for sure if he'll come out..

I agree with you guys saying that Durant will be a better fit for the Suns because of their fast pace game. but you need to keep in mind they already have Shawn Marion and Stoudamire at that spot. And I'm not to sure if he can play the 2 spot though. Another big man presence, to me will be a better fit for the Suns as they get some nice defense in the key and each Oden and Stoudamire can get monster rebounds and dish it out to Nash who will go on the break.
