I don't know of any teams that can succeed with a 6'3" small forward. At least not in the NBA.

It may be less a question of why Norm is starting than why he's not starting at shooting guard.

Helluva start to the yr from Norm! in 28 minutes scoring a very efficient 18 PPG, shooting an incredible 52.4% and 45.7% from 3 and playin solid D. ANT Simons not far behind at 14 PPG (18 minutes) shooting 52.1% and 45.5% from 3 and playin better D than previously! These two guys are playin lights out, CJ's shooting stats very good as well and yeah I know its CJ but he is shooting well, given Dame's horrid start hats off to these guys

Considering he is making less than Gary Trent who’s averaging 15.3ppg on .397/.365/.857 this year…yes not overpaid AT ALL. Glad the magic number wasn’t $20m/yr, which was what I was predicting.

Norm is giving far more swagger and determination, than any other Blazer except Nance. Those two are holding nightly clinics on overall general badassery.

It's a shame, when Norm was killing it against the Clippers, he wasn't given more touches. I get it Chauncey, it's Dame's team, but fuck me. 4-13 from 3 vs 5/6. I am 100% in favor of a complete tear down.
