Game Thread What is WordPress and how do I get it off my phone

Today I tried to access bank account from phone as I have done numerous times with no problem. Something called WordPress which I never installed told me I was forbidden. I tried to follow steps to report which required copying and pasting long string of code. It didn't work. I tried a search for how to uninstall. Complicated instructions did not work. I tried deactivating which did not work. It is not listed among my apps. I don't want it. Please, is there a way to get rid of it?????

It's a platform that allows you to create blogs/websites....weird it shouldn't be doing anything that you said.

Can you can confirm wordpress is actually on your phone?
Wordpress saying your forbidden could just be your bank app / or whatever browser you were using running into an error when trying to log in. If you had the wordpress app on your phone you would be able to find it.

If you got a 403 forbidden error that isnt caused by something installed on your phone, thats a server side error not giving you proper permissions to access. This is almost always in my experience a bug, not a virus. Now there are other forbidden error codes this is just an example.

First thing Id do is check out what error code it gave you, are you logging in through a browser? Or through a banking app?
