Charlie Villanueva-Needs to work on his defense, consistent shooting, killer instinct (sometimes he gets too casual)Chris Bosh-Not much I can say about our best player. Keep on working on your defense and also try to bulk up more. Oh yeah, and try to polish your inside game moreJoey Graham-Shooting, defense.Morris Peterson-Nothing much, he is almost a prefect vet for us. I would say to become a dominant force. I want to see him average close to 20 ppg next year. Attack the rim more, etc..Mike James-If he stays around Id like to see Mike James pass the ball more and to stop shooting sometimes. Thats all.Pape Sow-Stop committing stupid fouls and work on your inside game. i.e. post moves, pump fakes, backind down. Stuff like that.Rafael AraujoI suggest he reads a basketball manual . Nah, just kidding. He has to figure out what to do when he gets on the court. He looks lost sometimes, demand the ball more and stop committing stupid foulsMatt Bonner-Be more aggressive on defense, take the ball in more.Eric Williams-Work on shot, be more of a team player, that way he could be played more if he does returnDarrick Martin-Take it inside more, work on court visionJose Calderon-Shooting, scoring and defense.Add anything you want. Or comment as you please. :happy0144:
That's actually a pretty good list. Good job. If Jose can master that jumpshot of his, he can be a pretty good backup PG for us... oh yea, Bonner needs some ball handling skills haha. When he tries to drive to the basket, he looks really uncomfortable dribbling the ball.

I remember that one time when he pretended to get fouled when he was about to get a backcourt violation. He bumped into the guy making it seem like he got bumped. He mentors his teammates most of the time... which is a good thing.
