    The Knicks have sum issues:

    1) To many Power Fowards.......McDyess is the new starter...So if a Kurt Thomas trade doesnt happen this year it will in the offseason...also you still have Weatherspoon, Harrington, and the rookie Mike Sweetney...at least one if not two of those three have to go...and it looks like Isaiah Thomas wants to give Sweetney a shot....so I think that the Knicks should do something a bout this mess ASAP!

    2) Charlie Ward, Howard Eisley, Frank Williams take your pick....because one of them probablly wont be there at the end of the year. I feel your best bet would be to deal Ward...don't get me wrong...I Love Ward and hes been a great knick for a very long time...but contracts up at the end of the year...If Frank Williams isnt the everyday starter at the end of this year...he deffinitly will be next year...plus Eisley can be a boost that the knicks need coming off the bench!

    3) Center...I got no complaints about Dikembe Mutombo....probablly one if not the best free agent acqusistion Layden made...lets just remember Dikembe isn't that young and Michael Doleac wont be playing the everyday center when he retires...so maybe the Knicks should think about accquiring a young center or deffintley look to draft a center in the draft.

    4) Bench...or should I say lack off bench...Anderson is playing ok but the Knicks need somebody to provide instant offense and excitment off the bench kind of like Bobby Jackson does for the Kings.

These are the things i think Isaiah Thomas was hired to fix...and I'm sure hoping as a Knicks fan he does a good job!

Frank Williams should get to start this year to show if his play is going to be consistent. I would trade Eisley this year because Wards contract is coming off the books after this year.

They have too many undersized power fowards except for Mcdyess but even he can't play much due to his knee. They have to find a way to trade Kurt Thomas for something valuable like more shooting.

This year is a write off for knicks fans, hopefully Isaiah can make some good moves in the offseason to help his team. As of right now, they have to start developing Frank Williams to make him the pg of the future and try to get the high salaries under control
