My sleeping pattern is terrible! I went through a phase where I would be getting up at 7-8am and going to bed reasonably early, about 10pm. Now I find myself awake into the early hours of the morning, last night I didn't get to sleep until 7am! I have tried sleeping pills (over the counter) and they did work for the first few days but I stopped taking them because you have to take them 4 hours before you goto sleep and I kept forgetting! I would say my average bedtime is 3am currently, hoping to get this down to 12-1am within the next few weeks, it's just not good for the body!
Well Solsec I used to go to bed at around 12 when I was at school and college but ever since I have left college I find myself going to bed at 2am earliest and around 5am most of the time sometime stay up to 10am I might go to the doctors about it or get Kalms sleep.
Depends. Because i'm still at school i go to bed normally before 1am on school nights but on Non-school nights i can go to bed whenever. Most of the time about 2:30 ish
School nights my i should go to bed before midnight, weekens half terms ect i can stay up for as long as i choose.
I have to get up for work at 5am mon-Thur so I go to bed between 11 and 12, usually 11. On weekends I stay up til about 2am then dont wake up until laste in the afternoon. Getting up so early makes you appreciate sleep
