Now, I know the unthinkable hasn't happened yet, but what if he does? Look at the suitors. They're crawling on the ground, grovelling as much the Lakers are doing. The Clippers, the clippers are thinking of moving their games closer to his home. they've thrown away a first round pick + role player for second round picks. What would you do if Kobe did sign with another team? Would you switch allegiances? Swear off basketball as a dirty business for a year? Wish him a horrible death? me? I would personally wish him everything I wish on boozer: a blown ACL, continued shoulder problems, a drug addiction, an unwanted pregnancy from another teenager other than his wife, another hit on his reputation, some time in jail... generally his comeuppance.
He would cease to be my favorite player. Not because he switched teams, but because he made sure the Lakers were gutted before he did. Even if he does stay with the Lakers, I will still be a little frustrated. But if he manages to get the team to atleast the second round of the playoffs, all will be forgiven.
Man Kobe Bryant has everybody eating from his hand and he could be a RAPIST! wow..but i respect kobe bryant has a player and he did really screw up the lakers organization making them part ways with jackson and basically forcing them to trade shaq. I wouldn't wish anything bad on Kobe or Boozer like Mustard Man said. I seriously think the Clippers and Kobe would be better then the Lakers and Kobe, Kobe would at least have Maggette and Brand on the Clippers, on the lakers basically it's odom. Oh well we'll see where he goes...
I'd cry. Then move on to understanding that the next few years would probrably be lottery years for us. But thats not happening anymore. KOBE, is still a LAKER!

Man I was just watching that Sportscenter sunday conversation and they were making like Shaq and Kobe would rip eachother apart. Me and Westside got punked. Damn politics! Anyways my heart would've been torn out if he didn't resign with the Lakers. They wouldn't make the playoffs and probaly be worst then the Clippers by a game or 2.
