What would you do if you were Larry Bird? What moves would you make? How would you improve the franchise?
I'd fire myself, because he has not done a good job in Indiana at all. They need to completely blow it up. Throw anybody and everybody's name in trade scenarios except Danny Granger. I'd also be preying that they improve a spot or two in the lottery, because they need that pick this year (Atlanta has it, top 10 protected).
