Dear Cav Fans, Just got back from five days in the sunny Caribbean with no newspapers or email service, but I've caught up with the box scores and it looks like Williams has rediscovered his all-around game and that the other four starters all played real well in that stretch. I'd be interested in observations from those of you who saw the games since box scores can be pretty misleading. By the way, today's New York Times had a nice column on Lebron, more or less comparing him and his impact on the Cavs with Michael Jordan and his impact on the Bulls. Here's the link in case anybody is interested: http://www.nytimes.com/2004/03/10/sports/b...all/10ARAT.html
It appears that only registered users can read the article. Mabey post some quotes for the unfortunate?
Williams had a couple of good games, but then he scored only 3 against the Hawks. Its been the Lebron, Booz, Z, and Mcinnis show and little else. Our bench has all but disappeared after Nailon's first couple of games.
We have been a little erratic Aaronr, but the main thing is we are on a 4 game streak. Our bench is letting us down big time. Battie has been ok, but outside that we have nothing. Our big 3, Booz, Z and James have been lighting it up, ably supported by McInnis. However we are lacking a scoring punch outside those guys. Williams, Wagner or Nailon need to stand up down the stretch, otherwise this lack of bench production could come back and sting us. We are in a good position all the same.
My Boy Nailon will start to play better.. Mark my words, Big Game for Lee tonight... Remember... Lee is the Key!
