The offseason of 2007 is supposed to be our biggest(and best) beacause so many players contracts are ending that year and we are going to have a whole lotsa money to spend on FA. Does Chris's conntract end in '07, if yes it should be our first priority and then the signing of Magloir.

1st priority over everything, Re-Sign Bosh and keep him happy. He's putting up great numbers comparing them to the other players his size and whom he plays like, in their early years. I think Araujo wont be good, but he'll be a suffecient backup if not an average starter so we should bring him back just incase he turns out to do something we never expected and it wont be at a price to costly. Im not sure if his contract is over in '07 though.

I don't think we will pick up Araujo's contract option next summer if he doesn't improve this season, making him a free agent in the summer of 2007, and we have his Bird rights. We could opt to sign him for less money, or let him go. Matt Bonner's contract expires in 2007 as well so we have a pretty good outlook in free agency then. I think we should sign Bosh to an extension next summer, then try to bring a solid wing free agent in in 2007. It's doubtful that any marquee free agent would want to come to Toronto though.
