    Whats gone wrong?

After the amazingly hot start from the Chicago Bulls, they seem to have cooled off. I thought I had actaully seen something special after the trade. I thought, we would be seeing some great wins, and playing hard. I guess I was wrong. I haven't seen any wins, after the 1st game.

Maybe the Bulls had some fire, or desire to play well after the trade. Well, they need to come out like that every single game. The dissapointing thing, is that all the games have been in the Bulls hands, but has slipped away. What makes it even more sadening, is that we see players like Rose and Marshall being studs and helping their team win five games in row. But the Bulls on the other hand, are not playing well.

I do admitt, I do like the contribution that Ad and JYD have put in, to this Bulls team. But lets face it, who wants to see another lotery pick? I know I don't. The Bulls need to step it up, and need to step it up now. Before they go on one of those famous Bulls' skids. However, I am hoping and praying that this team will step it up and win some ball games.

Great post  . I was like "PLAYOFFS! " after that first win, and they have no will to win. Although, we might get on the back on the right track when Tyson comes back. We'll have to wait and see.

they give up marshall, brand, artest, and miller ALL of which are dominating and doing great with their new teams, even though they did very well even in chicago, but they just had to trade them...(haha, they traded 2 great players in artest and miller for rose, and now HE's gone also, they got chandler for brand, a weak stick whos injured and brand avgd a double double rookie year, marshall has at least 3 20 point games in toronto).

The plus side for the Bulls is the sole fact they play in the Eastern Conference. Despite a 5-15 record, they are only 4 games away from being the 8th seed and making the post season. The Bulls are still adjusting to their new head coach and vice versa, and add to that their latest trade. They have also been playing with an injured Tyson Chandler. I predict the Bulls making a run after the All Star Break. They should be healthy by then and familiar with Skiles's coaching scheme. This will be the time the veteran leadership of Pippen and Antonio Davis starts focusing the team. Their main goal needs to be winning at home and these two vets will restore pride in the Bulls defending homecourt. So start practicing your Chicago Bull catch phrases.

Yea, I agree with Shape. The Bulls have only been under SKiles for a few weeks so they're still obviously adjusting from Cartwrights style to his style. Plus, they're still getting comfortable with the new players they acquired from the trade. I think, once Chandler comes back, though apparently not til January, they will be better. Right now, there are still a few kinks in this team, the big one outside of adjusting to the new players and coach, they are still not playing very good defense. That needs to be fixed. If this team could play a little better on defense, they'd be better. But, Skiles, I think, once they adjust to him, that's the one thing that he'll bring.

ok, what a great idea...lets have an excuse to keep losing until chandler comes back in january or just keep losing until the all-star break...bulls lost by 1 in philly, they missed a few free throws and turned it over at the end a few times also, it was thier fault, what does that have anything to do with getting adjusted to skiles' new system and new teammates? if they won, then that means they are used to his system and the new teammates? wow, wat an adjustment...against the spurs, it was clsoe all the way through, what lost it was when ginobili made 3 staright 3 pointers, that broke them right there, BAD defense, so u have to get adjusted to a new coach and new teammates in order to play decent defense? they are just losing on their own, so stop making lame excuses for losing..."still getting used to the system." thye just break down at the end of games.

Seriously. Do you know ANYTHING about basketball?

Brad Miller was in the final 2 years of his contract. Go look at his salary. Do you think the Bulls would invest that much money for a backup center(Curry would have been and continue to be the starter)? If so, you are very uninformed.

Second. Brand wanted out of Chicago. He asked Krause to trade him. Krause obliged. Keeping discontented players never pays off. Krause had little choice.

Third. Perhaps you should learn how to read. I continue to make my points in several threads, yet you choose to ignore them. Try reading them before you reply.
