    Randy had an interview with NBA.com. Thought it was interesting:

    "The biggest thing about the East are injuries," Ayers said. "Everybody has nagging injuries at this time of year, but the teams that can get fairly healthy will be the teams that make the strides down the stretch."

    Ayers notes that often adrenaline takes over at this time of year.

    "When you're fighting for a playoff spot, you're going to have a little bit of extra energy every day in practice," Ayers said. "You'll be willing to get out and practice and work harder. A good example of that is New York.
