    Why would anyone bring a baby to an "unruly" protest? This sort of parenting seems to be a recurring thing in news stories these days.

    Like with the Colorado shootings, for example. As sad and tragic as they were, who is bringing small children (toddlers no less) to midnight showings of the Dark Knight? Why are they even up at that hour?

    You can't train morons, and only morons would hire morons to be policemen.

    That's the problem in a nutshell.

    I have known cops all my life, several dozen of them, grew up playing with a couple, and they are all morons.

    Some mean well, most don't, but they are all people you wouldn't let use your gas stove let alone watch your goldfish while you're out of town.

    The police are overly militarized. Barfo and Minstrel would tell us that's society's choice, and we're somehow self-governed. I don't agree.

    Give govt. an inch and they'll take a mile. I do mean TAKE.

    They just need better training. Give the Anaheim department another $100 million per year in their training budget. That'll show 'em.

    The response to the police murder they witnessed was to hold a peaceful demonstration. When they were tortured for that, the response was to use tactics of revolution. You must be against the American-sponsored Arab Spring, where they do the same. Why do you hate America?
